How do I open an account with GGT?
Please e-mail your account request to Sales@GlobalGroundTransport.com, and a sales representative will contact you.

Can you work with my flight facilitator?
Yes. The GGT Management team have provided ground transportation services in conjunction with flights planned through Universal Aviation and Weather, the Air Routing Group, Jeppesen and Base-Ops. In addition, each of our local affiliates has a good working relationship with their local FBO facility.

Can I request GGT when ordering handling services through my flight facilitator?
Yes, just have a flight planner contact our 1800 and we will work directly with them in order to arrange services and accommodate schedule changes.

I am an ‘owner’ in a fractional program, can I use GGT for ground support?
Yes. We are fully experienced in working with Netjets, Flexjet and Flight Options.

Will you bill me directly or can I have the services billed via my flight facilitator/fractional operator?
We can either bill your office directly or can have all charges applied to your handling fees/fractional charges. Simply, supply us a letter of authorization allowing us to do so.

Not all of our executives travel on the corporate aircraft. Can GGT assist them also?
Yes, all of our affiliates are experienced in meeting passengers from commercial aircraft. In many cases we can arrange to meet directly from the jetway and can assist with customs and immigration procedures.

As well as ground transportation and personal protection can GGT provide any other services?
GGT has a catalog of services it can provide for the international traveler. GGT's Executive Assistance Program can assist will many aspects of doing business in a foreign country. Interpreters, conference and meeting facilities, international cell phones and the like can all be arranged prior to arrival. Call GGT with your specific needs and we will do all we can to assist. We can arrange restaurants, conference/meeting rooms, interpreters, theatre tickets bespoke tours of special interest, aircraft charter, yacht charter, etc.

Foreign trips are an accounting nightmare. How can this be overcome?
All GGT services are centrally billed back to a designated office avoiding the need to maintain expense accounts. A invoice outlining each service and price is submitted to the designated office in either the accepted currency of the office or the local currency of where the service took place.

We will not have time to change currency. Will this be a problem?
Not at all. GGT affiliates and their drivers do not accept cash payments nor insist on a cash tip.
