We will work with you to ensure that every leg is set up and confirmed to you with full vehicle and driver information so that both you and the client are fully confident every aspect of a trip is accomplished smoothly and efficiently.
Prior to the aircraft’s arrival you will be able to furnish your owner/client with the name of the driver as well as the make, model, color and license plate number of each vehicle. The driver’s cell phone number will also be given so that the principal can be contacted whilst in the vehicle.
GGT can invoice you directly so that you can bill all handling and related services together with your appropriate administration and disbursement fees.
