Principal Passenger
GGT’s logistics department can assist in all aspects of ground itineraries. We can advise on travel times to and from airports, offices, and hotels, and make recommendations for departure times for each city whilst allowing for local traffic, weather, and security conditions.
Having long standing relationships with FBOs, our affiliates track aircraft and can accommodate last minute schedule changes and can often position vehicles on the ramp to allow for a timely exit from the airport with little fuss.
Flight Crew
We at GGT realize that more often than not the flight crew is overlooked when it comes to secure ground transport. Once the principal is safely out of the airport our knowledgeable drivers can be in position to transfer the crew to their hotel. Typically, we would provide the crew with a luxury minivan large enough to accommodate the crew, their luggage, and any catering that may be required on the aircraft. In addition, we can schedule services so that the drivers are not ‘on the clock’ until all post flight procedures have been conducted and the crew are ready to leave the facility.
As with Principal transportation, all drivers for flight crews are fluent in English and do not require any form of cash payment or tipping.
Security Departments
GGT is experienced in working with both security departments and advance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Our local representatives can be placed at your full disposal to assist in establishing primary and alternative routes, validating airports, and facilities, and can liaise with local government and law enforcement agencies.
